I realized that I've been spending way less time on Newgrounds and a lot more time hanging out with my friends, girls, etc, and even when I'm on the computer I am communicating with my friends on facebook instead of going on Newgrounds. When I do go on, I usually only lurk and don't post often at all. Life without newgrounds seems kind of empty, and I secretly wish I didn't have any friends and could spend all day care free here on newgrounds without anything better to do.
I'm a 17 year old kid from Wisconsin who spent too much time on Newgrounds a few years ago, but not so much anymore. I've got some slightly impressive photoshop skillz that I have done absolutely nothing to showcase, and am semi-literate with Flash

Aren't you stuck between a rock and a hard place?
Look at it like this, how many people from NG are you going to actually meet and become friends with?
And how many friends will you lose that you know if you stay on NG all the time?
I kind of like the fact that nobody on newgrounds will ever know me outside the internet. I'm not planning on sacrificing my friends for newgrounds, this was just kind of a realization really.
Funny, sounds exactly like me. :( At any rate, I'm back now for good. I suppose I just got tired of the BBS... things seem to be changing. Some of my favorite members aren't showing up anymore, and I don't recognize most of the names. I must, however, adapt and move on. I'm glad to be back.
