[The Great Chimp Heist]

My love for this movie. So, so, much. My friends could never understand (and were actually pretty bewildered when I showed this to them), and I'm not even sure everyone on Newgrounds could understand.

Anyway, I really, really, liked everything about this, and I think the characters' facial expressions were the best part. It doesn't have to make complete sense to be absolute genius.

I didn't like the fairy's voices, and the song was annoyingly catchy... Link's facial expression made up for it though. I never did play Ocarina of Time... I never had a 64 growing up :(

[Redesign Rage]

My rage is that there's still no separation between comments and reviews, and when someone tries to write something constructive about a flash, or give it real critique, it gets lost in a sea of "reviews" that just say "5 stars I liked it" or "LOLOLOL hilarious!" etc. I'd like to see a difference, maybe like a separated tab in the same space, where people could post comments, and then people who actually wanted to take the time and write extensive reviews could actually have their reviews seen.

Loved the way the characters were drawn, loved Brock's voice. Couldn't ask for much more here. I think this kind of silly, short, characature-ish kind of animation is hilarious and I'd like to see more of this stuff from you, pokemon or not.

Blown Away

When I clicked "play" on this movie, what I got was so much more than I expected. I have never been more blown away with the quality and detail of an animation on newgrounds, and I watched the entire submission with awe. As soon as it was over, I immediately replayed it, eager to find all of the easter eggs and extras I had missed. The use of camera angle and lighting was impeccable, and the sound effects and music were well placed gave it a great feel.

However, I cannot give this animation the full 10/10 rating because I had a few complaints with its story. Many of the featured characters seemed to only appear for a few second before meeting a nondescript end having barely featured any sort of personality. I felt a little cheated because of this, considering the elaborate character info pane. Another thing I was unhappy with was that it seemed unclear how some characters died, and the impressive cast of characters decreased far too dramatically down to only two, and even after watching the movie twice I still had no idea how some of them died.

Though I've spent a long time voicing my complaints, these small imperfections in the clarity of the plot are barely remarkable amidst the spectacular animation. This movie, in my opinion, is very worthy of its score.

Most people on Newgrounds are a bit old for Runescape, and won't get the shallow humor. The drawings were well... bad. You should have used a smaller brush and used the text tool for making the words. Not a good flash.

I for one, agree that people here are a bit too mature to play Runescape, but this meant to make those who use to play, remember how stupid the community was. I can see how you found this, through the newly submitted flashes, but once it leaves that page, you'd have to search up "Runescape" to find this, meaning the person searching for this would understand the joke. I know the drawing and lettering were horrible, seeing that this only took me like 15 minutes.

But I don't think it's a complete failure... >_>

I don't know where you would get an idea, but this looked f*cking hilarious. It seemed like something that would go on adult swim. Keep it coming, I'd like to see some actual episodes.

I thought the graphics were great and I liked the plot. I enjoy your drawing style, and it reminded me of the "Dad" movies. On the other hand, I found the humor a bit dry and predictable. The voice acting was not top quality. I solid flash, though not worthy of some of it's achievements.
